Will my repair cause data loss on my device?

Every job come with the risk, even if it's minimal. We always do our best to not increase the risk and do not damage your data. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any of your data and it is entirely up to you to do backup. We do not store any of customers data.

Do you provide any guarantee on the repairs?

What is the procedure for getting phone unlocked?

Most of our unlock services don't require leaving device with us. Customer need to bring device to us, we take all the necassry details, payment needs to be made as well. There is no need to leave device with us, all iPhone unlocks are done remotely. We will text you unlock code for all other brands of phones, or you can just pop in to get code entered when ready. We unlock iPhone, Samsung, Nokia

How will I get the updates of my repairs?

You'll get your booking confirmation by e-mail or by text message - this can be specified at booking. You'll get notification when device is ready same way as you got your booking confirmation.

What if you find more problems than quoted?

We will contact you to inform you about found issues, we will give you new price and ask for approval.
