Will my repair cause data loss on my device?

Every job come with the risk, even if it's minimal. We always do our best to not increase the risk and do not damage your data. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any of your data and it is entirely up to you to do backup. We do not store any of customers data.

Do you provide any guarantee on the repairs?

How will I get the updates of my repairs?

You'll get your booking confirmation by e-mail or by text message - this can be specified at booking. You'll get notification when device is ready same way as you got your booking confirmation.

What if you find more problems than quoted?

We will contact you to inform you about found issues, we will give you new price and ask for approval.
